I hate ignorant people, hate Mercari because they genuinely do not care about my feelings and what I want, and I am done selling on here.
Or get rid of ratings all together! I use another app that it's OPTIONAL to leave a rating and I think more companies should be like that. And should be able to change their rating to lower or higher. Sellers should be able to see ratings before rating the buyer! Only fair to give a buyer a low rating if they're going to do it out of spite/ignorance. Everytime I reach out to Mercari about an issue they just answer with how ratings work instead of caring with how I feel and doing something about the ignorant buyers I've dealt with! I just dealt with 3 more recently and I canceled a order because I am done selling on Mercari at this point. Every single buyer that rated me 4 stars or less was ignorant and lied in their rating. Mercari does NOT care about sellers only buyers.
